Hi, I’m Malissa…

I am a mom of 4 who has an intense love of capturing little personalities in all their glory, not just my own littles but yours too. I believe that our everyday moments are the most beautiful and the ones we will want to remember most. I want to photograph your beautiful family just the way it is because it’s perfectly imperfect.

I am a hybrid photographer (film and digital) but I shoot film the majority of the time. Film has a look that is nearly impossible to replicate. I love the colors and softness I get with film. I love how intentional I am with every photo I take and that it forces me to slow down and enjoy my sessions so much more. I also just have a place in my heart for old film photos and always will.

I love the candid and real emotions so we won’t be checking off a list of poses, but we will have fun, play, and follow your children’s lead.
